1、 Overview

The BJS type acid gas purification and dust removal tower mainly processes and purifies harmful gases such as acid mist (H2SO4), hydrogen chloride (HCL) gas, hydrogen fluoride (HF) gas, chromium acid mist (CrO3), sulfur dioxide gas (SO2), hydrogen cyanide gas (HCN), hydrogen sulfide (H2S), ammonia gas (NH3), alkali vapor and other water-soluble gases, as well as impurities such as mineral dust, dust, arsenic, selenium, fluorine, sulfur dioxide, etc. Sodium hydroxide (or calcium hydroxide) is used to absorb the neutralizing solution, with a concentration of 2-6% and a pH between 10-13. The purification efficiency is over 95%.

It has the advantages of high efficiency, strong corrosion resistance, high strength, low noise, low power consumption, small size, easy disassembly and maintenance, lightweight, durable, and beautiful appearance.

2、 Structure:

This purification tower is composed of circular tower bodies connected in sections by flanges. The specific structure consists of an air inlet section, a bubble tube, a two-stage spray (filling) section, a swirl plate, an air outlet, etc. The packing material uses polyhedral spheres with a large surface area ratio, high perforation rate, uniform pore arrangement, regular arrangement, and minimal channeling phenomenon, replacing the commonly used Bauer ring in China, resulting in a larger contact area between gas and liquid and a more uniform neutralization effect. This tower needs to be equipped with a fiberglass centrifugal fan and a plastic or stainless steel water pump. When the air volume is above 10000m3/h, using two water pumps can meet the design requirements.

Purification tower body:

① Composite fiberglass storage tank and liquid filling pipe, with a filtrate device added to the suction pipe, and the inlet section made of composite fiberglass;

② Both the first and second stages of the spray section use a row of Y-1 nylon nozzles, ball ring packing, and organic glass inspection holes;

③ The effective water blocking section is equipped with a swirl plate to increase the water blocking effect;

④ Fiberglass wind cap cover;

⑤ F4-72 fiberglass centrifugal fan;

⑥ Plastic water pump or stainless steel centrifugal water pump;

⑦ Other accessories such as plastic pipe fittings, valves, fixed brackets, maintenance ladders, and air inlet ducts can be customized by users when ordering.

3、 Purification process:

Adopting the advantages of the two-stage spray of acid mist purification tower and the bubbling water washing of neutralization liquid in desulfurization and dust removal tower, the treated gas is pressurized into the bubbling pipe through the inlet section by a fan and discharged for washing below the neutralization liquid level, so that the gas and neutralization liquid are fully mixed, and most of the particles and some harmful gases are neutralized, absorbed, and precipitated. The remaining part flows upward and reacts with the neutralization liquid sprayed from the first stage nozzle through the first layer of packing; The neutralized exhaust gas continues to flow upward to the second packing layer, where it comes into contact with the neutralizing liquid sprayed from the second stage nozzle, and undergoes a neutralization reaction again; Then, the water droplets are separated through the swirl plate, and the gas that meets the standard is discharged into the atmosphere through the air cap and exhaust pipe.

4、 Installation and usage precautions:

1. This equipment is installed on a cement foundation constructed according to the drawings provided by the supplier;

2. During transportation and installation, attention should be paid to protection and the body and components should not be damaged;

3. When the equipment leaves the factory, it is packaged and transported in sections according to specific circumstances, and on-site installation and commissioning are guided by our factory.

4. After installation, use clean water instead of neutralizing solution for trial operation to ensure that all parts operate normally without leakage; In operation;

5. When using, the circulating water pump should be turned on for 2-3 minutes first. When turning on the fan, the fan should be stopped for 1-2 minutes before stopping the circulating water pump;

6. Regularly check the liquid concentration in the bottom water tank and the purified gas concentration at the exhaust port according to specific usage conditions;

7. Perform maintenance every 1-2 years to check for blockages in sprinkler pipes and fillers;
